EVENTS EAST GREENBUSH Carmela Hicks has accepted the position of liaison for senior activities for the town of East Greenbush. She lives in Hampton Manor with her husband, Mark. Bill Telasky recently resigned as senior coordinator. Some of the activities she would like to plan are senior bus trips, cholesterol and blood pressure checks done by a medical professional; theater matinees, and summer picnics or lunches at local restaurants. Hicks' goal is to form a more closely knit community. She will be available at the town hall, youth department, Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. to answer questions. Call her at 477-4194.
