CAPITAL FUND-RAISER: The Capital District Women's Political Caucus's Political Action Committee will hold its second annual fund-raiser at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Matthew and Phoebe Bender on July 23.

At that time, the committee will announce its early candidates who are presently involved in a number of state and national races.

APPRAISAL DAY: The Friends of Olana and the Swann Galleries of New York will host an appraisal day to benefit the Friends organization on Saturday, at the Olana State Historic Site, the home of artist Frederick Church in Hudson.
