S&P pulls BBB+/A-2 ratings of Cariprato on merger with parent.

(ADPnews) - Dec 30, 2010 - S&P today affirmed at BBB+/A-2 and subsequently removed the ratings of Italian lender Cassa di Risparmio di Prato (Cariprato) to reflect its merger with its parent, Banca Popolare di Vicenza.

The transaction will take effect on December 31.
