MPSTOR Frees Data Centers from Proprietary Storage Systems with New MPStackware Support for the OpenStack Cloud Operating System.

In a move that drives flexibility, giving data centers the freedom to migrate away from proprietary and expensive enterprise storage systems, MPSTOR (http://www.mpstor.com/) announced its popular open-platform storage management software MPStackware™ now supports the OpenStack™ data center operating system (OS).

MPStackware is now available with optional software modules under the OpenStack Apache 2.0 license which integrates the OpenStack Nova (compute) and OpenStack Swift (object store) frameworks.
