1. lines close at 6pm on Friday July 2, 2010. BT landline calls cost 60p per min, maximum two mins. Other landline operators/payphones/mobiles may vary. Text/internet entries cost pounds 1 each plus standard network rate.

2. One winner (25 or over) selected at random after lines close from all correct entries received.

3. Prize: limited-edition ABI Vista Platinum 36x12, two-bedroom holiday home including free site fees, local authority rates, water and insurance for two years to June 30, 2012. Gas and electricity usage, drain down for winter park closure and any repairs/maintenance not included (this is the winner's responsibility).

4. Winner can use the holiday home for holiday occupancy for 46 weeks per year. Maximum consecutive stay eight weeks at any one time.

5. Within the first two years winner cannot sub-let, sell, relocate, remove or transfer ownership of the holiday home.

6. After two years (commencing July 1, 2012) winner is responsible for: Site fees c.pounds 2,371 incl VAT per year at Regent; c.pounds 1,947 incl VAT per year at Ocean edge (2010 rates - site fees subject to change at South lakeland Parks discretion); rates; insurance; water; gas and electricity usage; drain down for winter park closure and any repairs/maintenance. Alternatively winner can sub-let the holiday home (either privately or through South lakeland Parks @20% commission); Sell the holiday home (through South lakeland Parks @15% commission); Relocate the holiday home to another holiday park or elsewhere (pounds 750+VAT disconnection fee); or transfer ownership to an immediate family member (pounds 150+VAT transfer fee). All fees, relocation/transport costs are winner's responsibility.

7. Prizes published in other Trinity Mirror titles, not transferable, no whole/part-cash alternatives.
